Alaric Welcomes Director of New Business Development John Aymar

Manchester, NH - Despite artificial intelligence and its still-to-be-determined promise and challenges, people are the heart of humanity’s current and future state. Small and medium-sized businesses continue to be the cornerstone, innovators, and drivers of the world economy.

Alaric welcomes John Aymar as Director of New Business Development to its team to ensure small to medium-sized business leaders have access to state-of-the-art tools and talent to build their businesses and teams.

John brings over 20 years of experience to the Alaric team. While at BTS, John spearheaded new business development relationships with Fortune 500 Learning & Development leaders to uncover and understand challenges on the people side of strategy execution, then partnered with BTS Senior Subject Matter Experts to curate award-winning solutions. In addition, he led the external conference and events marketing function to drive BTS’s industry-leading brand, present subject matter expertise, and initiate new client relationships; and, also, created and developed the Industry Analyst Relations function with firms such as Deloitte, Brandon Hall Group, and Josh Bersin.

Co-founder Jonas Akerman says, “I’m excited to add John to our talented team. I know from past experience he will assist us in serving SMB leaders to expedite their business and professional growth.”

John highlights, “With all the media and industry focus on the potential of what Artificial Intelligence will do for industry productivity, it is a tool; not a solution. I believe it will not take over the human-centered work of SMB founders and leaders to better execute the business. The people side of growing the business needs leaders who provide meaning to its people. Alaric is uniquely positioned to provide these important pieces of the puzzle!”

John may be reached at jvaymar@alaricpartners.com.
